FEES & POLICIES
PAYMENT
All reservations must be paid in advance online or through the Old Massett Band Office.
Cheques can be made payable to Old Massett Village Council.
Prepayment is required to hold your reservation.

PET FEES
Pets are welcome, however we have a pet fee of $10 per night, per pet.
EXCESSIVE NOISE
Camping is supposed to be fun! We have no problem with you enjoying your time here, however, please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid excess partying. Quiet time begins at 10PM each night.
ENVRIONMENTAL MAINTENANCE
Please only use provided supplies in the washroom (Toilet Paper, Soaps… etc.) and do not flush any other objects in the toilet. We use these products to maintain our delicate systems and environment.
When showering please strive to take a 5 minute or less shower. We request this to conserve water – Water is Sacred.
MINMUM STAY LENGTH
Hiellen Longhouses have a 2 Night Minimum stay. Please be aware while booking.
ADDITIONAL PEOPLE
Any additional people over 4 in the small Longhouses are $20 per person, $10 per child under 8 years. This rate is per night.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel or change your booking on our website, or by phone or email.
Please be aware that large longhouse bookings cancelled less than one week before the check-in date will be subject to a fee in the amount of one night’s stay.
Small Longhouse bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will also be subject to a fee equal to one night’s stay.
Exceptions are made for unavoidable circumstances such as BC Ferries service interruptions.
No-shows will not be refunded. Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel your booking for any reason.

Please note the following:
Wood is already provided to heat the cabin. Any additional wood is $20 an ARMLOAD.
The small longhouses do not have fridges, coolers are available for $10 at Guest Services
